The National Qualifications Authority of Ireland is pleased to announce its appointments to the posts of Director of Corporate Affairs and Director of Framework Development.

Ms. Valerie Beatty has been appointed as Director of Corporate Affairs. Ms. Beatty is currently Head of General & Synod Services and Assistant Secretary of the General Synod of the Church of Ireland. Prior to this Ms. Beatty was Managing Director of WD Macaulay Ltd, worked as a management consultant and lectured in the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Dr. Anna Murphy has been appointed as Director of Framework Development. Dr. Murphy is currently a Senior Policy Analyst in the EU, Trade and Skills Department in Forfás. Prior to this Dr. Murphy had undertaken extensive post-doctoral research, including as a Jean Monnet Fellow in the European University Institute and also lectured in the Department of Politics in University College Dublin.

The two Directors are to commence in their new posts in the coming weeks.
